Synthesis of Asymmetrical CsPbBr3/TiO2 Nanocrystals with Enhanced Stability and Photocatalytic Properties

Practical applications of CsPbX3 nanocrystals (NCs) are limited by their poor stability. The formation a heterojunction between NCs and oxides is an effective means to protect perovskite from polar solvents other external factors. Significantly improving the stability photocatalytic properties core/shell very important for its application in photoelectric technology. Here, we report synthesis asymmetrical CsPbBr3/TiO2 core–shell heterostructure at single-particle level hot-injection liquid-phase sol–gel method, where each CsPbBr3 partially covered titanium dioxide. We tested not only optical material but also electrochemical impedance photocurrent density sodium sulfate solution. It shown that type II arrangement generated heterogeneous interface, which greatly facilitates separation electron–hole pairs increases carrier transport efficiency. Compared with NCs, has higher More crucially, due protection dioxide shell, product long-term humid air compared bare NCs. prepared this study improves provides some ideas optoelectronic device TiO2-based photocatalysts.
